Important Information Before Designing and Placing an Order
Please read the following information carefully before commencing the design process or placing an order.
Use of Lawful Content Only
The Service Provider shall only undertake the production of a customised product where the design, graphics and all other elements used in the design may lawfully be used.
The following are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

the unauthorised use of any third party’s intellectual property rights, including in particular logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics or other copyrighted works;

the unauthorised use or display of another person’s likeness, name or personal data;

the use of unlawful, hateful, threatening, obscene, pornographic or otherwise prohibited content, or any content that violates applicable law or the Terms and Conditions.
By finalising your order, you declare and warrant that you hold all rights and permissions necessary to use the content uploaded or created by you, and that such use does not infringe the rights of any third party.
You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of all information provided for the product, including in particular names, text, spelling, sizes, numbers and other personalisation details.
Technical Requirements for Images
To ensure suitable print quality, all uploaded images, graphics and logos must comply with the technical requirements specified in the Terms and Conditions.
For raster images, a resolution of at least 150 DPI at the intended print size is required, while 300 DPI is recommended where possible. Low-resolution images may result in pixelated, blurred or otherwise inferior print quality.
You are responsible for the resolution, sharpness, dimensions, aspect ratio and other graphical properties of any uploaded image.
The Service Provider does not separately carry out a manual check of the graphical quality, spelling or aesthetic suitability of uploaded images.
Before finalising your design, please carefully review the visual preview. Production will be carried out based on the design approved by you.
Content Review and Unlawful Content
The Service Provider shall review orders from both content and technical perspectives before production commences.
Where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any submitted or uploaded content is unlawful, infringes the rights of a third party, or is being used without the necessary authorisation, the Service Provider shall be entitled to suspend or refuse production.
In such circumstances, the Service Provider may contact you and provide you with an opportunity to demonstrate that you hold the necessary rights or permissions.
If you fail to provide sufficient evidence of the required rights or permissions, the Service Provider shall be entitled to cancel the order.
Where an order is cancelled due to unlawful, infringing or otherwise prohibited content uploaded or approved by you, the production preparation fee shall not be refunded in respect of production preparation activities already carried out. The remaining portion of the purchase price shall be refunded in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.
The production preparation fee covers the preparatory and administrative activities required for the production of a customised product. The amount of the fee shall be displayed in Hungarian forints (HUF) in the shopping basket before the order is finalised, as part of the total amount payable.
The production preparation fee is charged once per order, regardless of the number of products included in the basket.
AI-Generated Content
The AI image-generation feature available on the design platform is optional.
Where AI-generated content is used, you remain responsible for ensuring that the finalised content is lawful, does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, personality or other rights, and does not otherwise violate the Terms and Conditions.
When using the AI feature, you must not enter or upload personal data, confidential information, trade secrets or copyright-protected material unless you are authorised to disclose and use such material for this purpose.
The AI feature is provided by an external technology service provider, whose data processing and terms of use may differ from those of the Service Provider.
The detailed rules governing the AI features and the processing of data in connection with those features are set out in the Terms and Conditions.
Customised Products and the Right of Withdrawal
In the case of products manufactured specifically according to your instructions on the basis of an individual order, or products that are clearly personalised – including, in particular, products bearing a name, text, number or customised graphic – you shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason pursuant to Section 29(1)(c) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).
This restriction applies exclusively to individually manufactured or personalised products.
For products that are not individually manufactured and are not personalised, the right of withdrawal may be exercised in accordance with the conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions.
